Interstate 381 (I-381) is an auxiliary Interstate in the U.S. state of Virginia. It is a spur from I-81 that provides access to Bristol. It runs for 1.7 miles (2.7 km) from the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue (SR 381) and Keys/Church Streets in Bristol north to I-81.
