Visaginas

town in Lithuania

Visaginas is a city in Lithuania. It is found on the very northeast of the country. Most people who live here are Russians and speak the Russian language.[1] It is the newest city in Lithuania, because it was built to serve the nearby Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant.[2]
