The song is often accidentally titled "What's Going On?" because of the lyrics in its chorus. It reached the top three across Europe[2] and the top 20 in the US.
It has become covered by various artists including Lady Gaga.
DJ Miko remixed the song with new vocals as a single in August 1994.[3] His version reached number six in the UK.[4]
