Abusing multiple accounts a year ago. "Clean start" seems to not apply to people like me. But if you look at my confibs page, I did a large amount of anti-vandalism with tools like Huggle and admins supported me. KJ6MYQ (talk) 04:46, 21 February 2013 (UTC)

No, you didn't. You did two days with the rollback flag before it was revoked. In fact, after looking at the contributions of your other accounts, with some of them you actually did a lot of vandalising. So the answer is a firm no.
