Canadian actor (born 1970)
William Emerson Arnett (born May 4, 1970) is a Canadian-American actor, comedian and producer. He starred in the Arrested Development and 30 Rock. He also voiced Lego Batman in animated movies, The Lego Movie, The Lego Batman Movie and The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part. Rumble. He was also best known for playing Mr. Perkins in the film Despicable Me (2010). Arnett plays Detective Terry Seattle in the Netflix comedy mystery series Murderville.
