William H. Avery (politician)
American politician (1911-2009)
William Henry Avery (August 11, 1911 – November 4, 2009) was an American Republican Party politician who was the 37th Governor of Kansas from 1965 until 1967. He also representaed Kansas in the United States House of Representatives from 1955 until 1965.
