Yegor Ligachev

Yegor Kuzmich Ligachev (Russian: Его́р Кузьми́ч Лигачёв, born 29 November 1920) is a Soviet politician. He was a high-ranking official in the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU).[1] He was the Second Secretary of the Party when Mikhail Gorbachev was serving as General Secretary.
