Puerto Rican politician
Zoraida Buxó Santiago (born 1963) is a Puerto Rican Republican politician who has been the Shadow United States Senator since 2021.[1]

As a shadow Senator, Buxó is in charge of convincing the U.S. Congress to make Puerto Rico the 51st state of the Union.[1][2]
In October 2024, Buxó announced her support of former President Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Allentown, Pennsylvania.[3][4]
