The 300 meters event at the 1922 Women's World Games took place in Paris at the Stade Pershing on 20 August 1922. The heats took place during the morning session and the final during the afternoon session.[1][2]

change- a The French Athletics Federation states that Germaine Darreau finished third,[4] and is also indicated (as G. Darreau) in the 1922 newspaper Le Journal.[3] However the British Athletics Federation states that her twin sister Andrée Darreau finished in third place.[5]
