2025 German federal election
general election for the 21st German Bundestag
Federal elections in Germany will be held on 23 February 2025 to elect the 630 members of the 21st Bundestag. Originally scheduled for 28 September 2025, the elections were brought forward because of the collapse of the governing coalition during the 2024 German government crisis.[1]
