The 2025 Liberal Party of Canada leadership election is will be held in 2025 to elected a replacement to Justin Trudeau, after his resignation announcement on January 6, 2025 as leader of the Liberal Party of Canada and as Prime Minister of Canada as soon as a new leader is elected.[1][2]
