The A1 Serbia (serbian: A1 Srbija) is a Serbian telecommunication company owned by A1 Telekom Austria Group. As of 2020, it is the third largest mobile telephony operator with market share of 25.67%.[3]

History
changeOn December 1, 2006, Telekom Austria bought the third mobile phone license in Serbia for GSM 900/1800 and UMTS networks by paying €320 million.
Seeing the potential in Serbia's telecom market, Telekom Austria planned to invest up to €570 million in its first four years, including the €320 million spent on the license. This made the company to the largest Greenfield investment in Serbia at the time. In 2008, the company became the main sponsor of Serbia's national volleyball team.
In 2015, A1's financial report showed €206.8 million in revenue. With 2.1 million customers, it had a 22.5% market share.[4]
