Prime Minister of Palestine (2003 - 2006)
Ahmed Ali Mohammed Qurei (or Qureia; Arabic: أحمد علي محمد قريع, Aḥmad ʿAlī Muḥammad Qurayʿ), also known by his Arabic kunya Abu Alaa (أبو علاء, Abū ʿAláʾ) (March 26, 1937 – February 22, 2023) was a former Prime Minister of the Palestinian National Authority. He was speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council. He was a senior leader of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO).[1][2]
