Akira Toriyama

Akira Toriyama (Japanese: 鳥山 明, Hepburn: Toriyama Akira, born April 5, 1955)[1] is a Japanese manga artist. He is the creator of many popular anime and manga series, most notably the Dragon Ball franchise. It has many media adaptions, and is now the most popular anime series and the second best-selling manga of all time.
