Alvin Lucier
American composer of experimental music and sound installations (1931–2021)
Alvin Augustus Lucier Jr. (May 14, 1931 – December 1, 2021) was an American composer. His works were mainly experimental music and sound installations. He was a music professor at Wesleyan University and was a member of the Sonic Arts Union.
