Bill Lockyer
American politician
William Westwood Lockyer (born May 8, 1941) is an American politician. He was the State Treasurer of California from 2007 to 2015. He was also the California Attorney General from 1999 to 2007. He was the President Pro Tempore of the California State Senate from 1994 to 1998.
