Bo Goldman

American screenwriter

Robert Spencer "Bo" Goldman (September 10, 1932 – July 25, 2023) was an American writer, Broadway playwright and screenwriter. He received two Academy Awards out of three nominations. He was born in New York City. He was known for writing the screenplay of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.[1] For his work on the movie Goldman also received the Writers Guild Award and the Golden Globe Award. His son-in-law is filmmaker Todd Field.

Goldman died in Helendale, California on July 25, 2023 at the age of 90.[2]
