The Bulbul tarang (Hindi: बुलबुल तरंग), also called Gurmukhi or Indian or Punjabi banjo, is a popular string instrument in Pakistan and the Indian subcontinent. It is primarily found in the present-day areas of Punjab and Lahore. It consists of 15 strings and is usually played similarly to a guitar. [1]
