Charles Cyphers (July 28, 1939 – August 4, 2024) was an American movie, television, and stage actor who was known for his role as Sheriff Leigh Brackett in Halloween (1978) and Halloween Kills (2021). He was born Niagara Falls, New York on July 28, 1939. His career started in the 1970s.
