Chung Il-Kwon
South Korean general, politician (1917-1994)
Chung Il-kwon(Korean: 정일권; hanja: 丁一權, November 21, 1917 - January 17, 1994) was a South Korean politician and military general. He was one of the South Korean army commanders during the Korean War.
He was Foreign Minister (1963-1964, 1966-1967) and the Ambassador to the United States (1960-1961, 1962-1963). From 1964 to 1970 he served as the 9th Prime Minister of South Korea. His nickname was Chungsa(청사, 淸史).
