Corn oil

Corn oil (also called maize oil) is a type of cooking oil. It comes from the fat in the germ of corn seeds. It is a cheap oil compared to others.[1] It is commonly used in frying at high heats.[2]

Corn oil is 12.9% saturated fat, 27.6% monounsaturated fat, and 54.7% polyunsaturated fat.[3]
