Crawford County, Iowa

Crawford County is a county in the U.S. state of Iowa. As of the 2010 census, the population was 17,096.[1] The county seat is Denison.[2] The county was named for William Harris Crawford,[3] U.S. senator from Georgia and United States Secretary of the Treasury.
Crawford County was founded on January 15, 1851.
