DIDWW is a global telecommunications company specializing in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking services.[1] The company operates in 80 countries and offers services like number portability and number selection tools.[2]

DIDWW was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. The company initially provided global voice origination services and expanded its offerings over the years. In 2009, DIDWW’s Shared Channel was named the Internet Telephony Product of the Year.[3] In December 2019, the company started providing two-way SMS services in the USA and Canada.[4]

In 2020, DIDWW opened the first telephony museum in the Baltic States in Siauliai, Lithuania.[5][6] In May 2021, it joined the international association GSMA[7][8] and later partnered with PCCW Global to expand SIP trunking services to Europe and Asia.[9] In 2022, DIDWW was assigned Mobile Country Code (MCC) and Mobile Network Code (MNC)[10] and joined the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA).[11] The company also started offering Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFN) in October 2022.[12]

In 2023, DIDWW expanded its services to new countries, including Moldova, Malaysia, and Kenya,[13] and increased its number portability coverage to 39 countries.[14][15] In October 2023, it established a point of presence (PoP) in Amsterdam, with other PoPs in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Singapore, Frankfurt, and Hong Kong.[16] In December 2023, it joined the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC).[17]

In January 2024, DIDWW acquired national telecom operator licenses in Hong Kong, along with 28 licenses and 13 number ranges.[18]
