Dale Gardner

American astronaut (1948–2014)

Dale Allan Gardner (November 8, 1948 – February 19, 2014) was an American NASA astronaut. He flew two Space Shuttle missions during the early 1980s. He was born in Fairmont, Minnesota.

Gardner died from a brain hemorrhage on February 19, 2014 in his Colorado home. He was aged 65. He was outlived by his two children.[1]
