David Price (politician)
professor and U.S. Representative
David Eugene Price (born August 17, 1940) is an American politician. He was the U.S. Representative for North Carolina's 4th congressional district from 1997 to 2023, previously holding the position from 1987 to 1995.[1] He was a member of the Democratic Party.

In October 2021, Price announced that he would be retiring from Congress in 2022.[2]
