Devendra Kumar Joshi
Indian chief of naval staff
Admiral Devendra Kumar Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.) (born 4 July 1954) is an Indian military official and politician. He is the Lieutenant Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and the Vice Chairman of Islands Development Agency (IDA).[1][2]

He was an Admiral in the Indian Navy and was the 21st Chief of Naval Staff of the Indian Navy.[3][4]
