Richard Juico Gordon (born August 5, 1945) is a Filipino lawyer and a politician who also served as the 12th Secretary of The Department of Tourism and also was the Mayor of Olongapo from 1980-1986 and 1988-1993. He is also the Chairman of The Philippine red cross since 2004 and is also the current senator of the Philippines since 2016.
