Dick Locher
cartoonist (1929-2017)
Richard Earl "Dick" Locher (June 4, 1929 – August 6, 2017) was a cartoonist. He has made cartoons for lots of things, including the Chicago Tribune.[1] He has also made cartoons for Life, Time, Newsweek, U.S. News and World Report, Forbes, and the Congressional Record.[2] He was born in Dubuque, Iowa.
Locher died of Parkinson's disease on August 6, 2017 in Naperville, Illinois, aged 88.[3]
