Ellen Joyce Loo
Canadian-Hong Kong musician, singer-songwriter and record producer (1986-2018)
Ellen Joyce Loo (27 March 1986 – 5 August 2018) was a Canadian-born Hong Kong singer-songwriter. She was a founding member of the electrofolk and cantopop musical group at17. Loo was born in Toronto.
Loo was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2013.[1] She died after falling from her apartment building in Hong Kong on 5 August 2018,[2] at the age of 32.
