Frank Lucas (Oklahoma politician)

Frank Dean Lucas (born January 6, 1960) is an American politician. He is the U.S. representative for Oklahoma's 3rd congressional district since 2003. He represented the 6th district before from 1994 to 2003. He is a member of the Republican Party.
