Gloria La Riva
socialist activist and perennial candidate for United States president
Gloria Estela La Riva (born August 13, 1954, in Albuquerque, New Mexico) is an American politician. She works with the Party for Socialism and Liberation and in California with the Peace and Freedom Party, and previously with the Workers World Party.

She was the PSL's 2008 presidential candidate,[1] and was also vying for the nomination of the Peace and Freedom Party in California, but lost the bid to Ralph Nader.[2] La Riva ran as the PSL's presidential candidate in the 2016 race, with Eugene Puryear as her running mate.
She is running for President in the 2020 election with Leonard Peltier as her running mate. [3]
