town in the district of Borken, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Gronau (Westf.) is a city in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is near the border with the Netherlands, about 10 km east of Enschede. As of 2018, the city has about 48,000 people living there.
