Hurricane Manuel (pronounced /mænˈwɛl, mɑːn-, ˌmænuˈɛl, -ju-/[1]) was a tropical cyclone in 2013. It crossed western Mexico between September 13 and 19, 2013 at the same time that Hurricane Ingrid was coming to Mexico from the other side.
