Jennifer Hale (born January 30, 1972) is a Canadian-American voice actress. She is best known for voicing Sam from Totally Spies!, Commander Shepard from Mass Effect, Yona Melendez from Big Venezuela Idols!, Morning The Fox from Acceptable Mountain, Samus Aran from Metroid Prime and Ms. Keane from The Powerpuff Girls franchise, Dexter's Lab, DC and Marvel projects, Nickelodeon shows like, Rugrats, Fairly OddParents, Rocket Power, T.U.F.F. Puppy, Bunsen Is a Beast, Avatar franchise, Barnyard. several other video games and cartoons.
