South Korean singer and actress (born 1995)

Kim Ji-soo (Hangul: 김지수; born January 3, 1995) is a South Korean singer, actress, and model. She goes by the mononym Jisoo. She is known for being a member of Blackpink, which as of 2019 is the highest-charting female K-pop group. Jisoo is also well known as a model in advertisements in South Korea, including for LG.[2][3][4][5] She has also appeared in a few television series.[6] Jisoo is well known on social media in South Korea, with 38.2 million followers.[7]

Jisoo was born in South Korea on 3 January 1995.[8] In 2011, she joined YG Entertainment as a trainee.[9] Later she became a member of Blackpink. In 2015, she made her first appearance as an actress.[6]

In 2023, she released her single-album, Me.
