Lake Titicaca

Lake Titicaca is between Peru and Bolivia. It is the highest navigable lake in the world. It is the second largest in South America (after Maracaibo). It is at 3,809 metres (12,497 ft) above sea level and covers around 8,300 km2 (3,200 sq mi) around the city of Macchu Picchu.
