Liberation is the fourth studio album by Mýa. It was going to be her first release with her then new record label Universal Motown. Before moving to Universal, she had begun work on an album for her previous label, Interscope, called Control Freak.[1] and was originally going to be released in summer 2005. It was later renamed to Liberation.
