Liberec

Liberec (ˈlɪbɛrɛt͡s, German: Reichenberg) is the fifth-largest city in the Czech Republic. It is on the Lusatian Neisse and surrounded by the Jizera Mountains and Ještěd-Kozákov Ridge. It has a population of 100 000. It was first mentioned in 1352.
