Luis Fortuño
Puerto Rican politician (born 1960)
Luis Guillermo Fortuño Burset (born 31 October 1960) is a Puerto Rican politician. He was the Governor of Puerto Rico from 2009 to 2013.[1] He also was the 18th Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico from 2005 to 2009. From 2017 to 2021, he also was the Shadow Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Puerto Rico.
