Lululemon athletica inc., also known simply as lululemon (spelled all lowercase), is a Canadian clothing company. They are known for selling yoga pants and other athletic wear. The company was started by Chip Wilson in 1998. The first store was opened in Vancouver in November 2000.[1]

The company would go public after entering a initial public offering in July 2007.[2][3] In 2022, the company posted a positive revenue of US$8.11 billion.[4]
