Luo Ying-shay
Taiwanese politician (1951-2021)
Luo Ying-shay (Chinese: 羅瑩雪; pinyin: Luó Yíngxuě; 8 November 1951 – 3 April 2021) was a Taiwanese politician. She was the Minister of Justice from 30 September 2013 until 20 May 2016.[3]

In 2013, Luo was diagnosed with breast cancer.[4] She died from the disease on 3 April 2021, aged 69.[5]
