Mart Laar

Estonian politician and historian

Mart Laar (born 22 April 1960) is an Estonian politician and historian. He was the Prime Minister of Estonia from 1992 to 1994 and from 1999 to 2002.[1] He is a member of the centre-right Isamaa party.[2]
