Maryla Freiwald
Maryla Freiwald (8 January 1911 — 1962) was a Polish track and field hurdler, long jumper and sprinter. She was a member of Makabi Kraków and represented Poland at international competitions.

Freiwald won the bronze medal at the 1930 Women's World Games in the 4 × 100 metres relay event.[1][2] In the 80 metres hurdles event she reached the final where she finished fourth.[3][4] She also competed at the 1934 Women's World Games in London in the 80 metres hurdles event where she was eliminated in the semi-finals.[5]
Freiwald became eight times Polish national champion. Five times in the 80 m hurdles (1928, 1929, 1934, 1935 and 1936), in the 4 x 200 m relay (1936) in the long jump (1927) and in the standing long jump. She was also set the Polish record in the 80 metres (13.1 seconds) in 1929.
