Michael K. Williams

American actor (1966–2021)

Michael Kenneth Williams (November 22, 1966 – September 6, 2021) was an American actor. He played Omar Little on the HBO drama series The Wire[1][2][3] and Albert "Chalky" White on the HBO series Boardwalk Empire.

Williams died on the morning of September 6, 2021 at his New York City apartment at the age of 54.[4][5] His death is being investigated as a possible drug overdose.[6]
