Milan Moguš
Croatian linguist (1927-2017)
Milan Moguš (pronounced [ˌmǐlan ˈmôɡuːʃ]) (April 27, 1927 – November 19, 2017) was a Croatian linguist and academician. He was born in Senj, Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (now Croatia). He studied at the University of Zagreb. He served as the Chairman of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts from January 1, 2004 through November 11, 2010.
Moguš died on November 19, 2017 in Zagreb of coronary artery disease, aged 90.[1]
