Modern South Arabian languages
group of endangered languages along the coasts of the Guardafui Channel
The Modern South Arabian, or Eastern South Semitic, languages are a branch of Semitic languages. They are spoken by a small number of people in Southern Arabia in the countries of Yemen and Oman, as well as Socotra Island.[1][2]
