Narcís Serra
Spanish politician
Narcís Serra i Serra (born 30 May 1943) is a Spanish economist and politician. He was Deputy Prime Minister of Spain from 1991 to 1995. From 1979 through 1982, he was Mayor of Barcelona.[1]
