Patrick J. Duggan

United States federal judge

Patrick James Duggan Jr. (September 28, 1933 – March 18, 2020) was an American politician and lawyer. He was a Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan from 1986 to 2001. He was nominated by President Ronald Reagan. Duggan was a member of the Republican Party. He was born in Detroit, Michigan. His son, Mike Duggan, was the Mayor of Detroit.

Duggan died on March 18, 2020 in Detroit, aged 86.[1]
