Petr Pavel
Czech general and statesman, 4th president of the Czech Republic
Petr Pavel (Czech pronunciation: [ˈpɛtr̩ ˈpavɛl]; born 1 November 1961) is a Czech politician and former army general who has been the 4th President of the Czech Republic since 2023. He was Chairman of the NATO Military Committee from 2015 to 2018. He also was the Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Armed Forces from 2012 to 2015.[1]
