Phil Roe
American politician
David Phillip Roe (born July 21, 1945) is an American politician and physician. He was the U.S. representative for Tennessee's 1st congressional district, serving from 2009 to 2021. He is a member of the Republican Party. From 2017 to 2019, Roe was chairman of the House Committee on Veterans Affairs.
